The tri-island state of Grenada is made up of three islands: Grenada, Carriacou, and Petite Martinique. Enjoy Grenada’s mountainous rainforest, waterfalls, crater lakes, and the variety of bays and beaches. Grenada is also known as the Isle of Spice. There are more spices there per square mile than any other place in this world!

Detailed Itinerary:
Saturday, December 27: Arrive in Grenada at 12:15pm. Transfer to Hotel near St. George Town, the capital of Grenada. This is one of the most beautiful towns in the Caribbean and is centered on a pretty harbor. We will enjoy a nice lunch in St. George and afterwards, head to Grand Anse Beach to swim and relax.
Grand Anse beach is known for the azure waters mingling with white sand, an abundance of palm trees and coastal vegetation, and resort-quality restaurants and hotels.

Sunday, December 28: Anse La Rouch Beach
Today we will have an early breakfast and leave to the ferry port for our 8am ferry ride to Carriacou. We will arrive Carriacou at 9:30am, transfer to hotel and check our luggage in. We will pick up a picnic lunch to eat on the beach. From the town of Bogles, we will hike 1.5miles to Anse La Rouch Beach. This is one of the most scenic and secret beaches in the Grenadines.
A striking rock formation thrusts itself up just a hundred feet or so off shore and supports interesting marine life below. Pelicans have chosen the rock as their basis for an easy catch. There is excellent snorkeling and pure white sand. We will leave the beach by speedboat to the town of Hillsborough, the main town of Carricou, where our hotel is located.

Monday, December 29: Sailing trip to Tobago Cays
The Tobago Cays are a group of five unpopulated islands, just west of Mayreau, surrounded by spectacular reef in shallow water. The Cays are very popular because they feature some of the best snorkeling in the Grenadines, as well as some of the nicest beaches. Plus, you can only get there by boat so there are no resorts with their throngs of people to clog up the beaches.
We will wake up and have breakfast and head to our private boat that will take us through the Tobago Cays. We will experience the relaxation of being on the Caribbean Sea, as well as the most magnificent snorkeling and beaches! A fresh fish lunch will be included on the boat. This will be an all day activity, returning to Hillsborough around 4-5pm.

Tuesday, December 30: Free day in Carriacou!
After breakfast, you will have the opportunity to choose an activity (or just relax!) for the day. Here are a few choices:
-Diving or “Discovery Scuba”(if you are not certified)
-Paradise Beach- This is one of Carriacou's premier beaches where you'll find good swimming behind a protective reef, with calm waters and white sand. Take a stroll down the beach and stop in for a cold drink at an informal beach bar.
-Hiking High North Peak - This is the highest elevation on Carriacou at 956 feet. There are several marked trails leading up to the peak and guided tours are available in this protected National Park. You might see iguanas land, tortoises, or soldier crabs along the way as well as many feathered species.
-Shopping in the town of Hillsborough and having lunch at a café on the beach.
-Rent a Bike for a half or full day and explore the island
-Water-ski or windsurf for the day

Wednesday, December 31: Petite Martinique
After breakfast and check out, we will venture to the island of Petite Martinique.
Here we will relax on the stunning beaches and have a lunch at a seafood restaurant on the beach. We will leave after lunch to catch the 3pm ferry to Grenada. We will reach Grenada at 4:30pm and transfer to our resort. Here we will check into our apartments.
In the evening we will take a short taxi ride into the town of St. George to have a New Year’s celebration. We will enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset, and a dinner over looking the ocean. Celebrate in St. George.

After a hearty breakfast, we will transfer to Grand Etang rainforest for one of the most popular hikes in Grenada. The hike will be about 4.5hrs, on a low to moderate level. We'll travel through the residential areas up to the hills where it becomes cooler as you ascend.
We’ll continue on foot to one of the Spice Isle's breathtaking waterfalls, St.Margaret's Waterfalls (known as "Seven Sisters"). We'll be traveling through the bushes and down the slopes, so put on your fitness shoes. Take your time in the healing waters.

After breakfast, you will be able to enjoy the day as you wish. Here are a few optional activities to choose from.
Diving, snorkeling, horseback riding, dolphin watching, deep-sea fishing, spice tour, whale watching, turtle hatching tour, chocolate tour, more beaches!
At night we will explore the Fish Friday in which you can browse among the evening’s catch, served up in a variety of ways: fried fish, grilled fish, BBQ fish, fish balls, fish loaf, fish cakes, fish pies, fish quiche, fish pizza, fish pockets, fish rissoles, fish poached in garlic, fish kebabs, lobster (in season), lambie and more-all fresh!

Saturday, January 3: St. George Market and Kayaking
After breakfast, we will transfer to St. George market to get the experience of all the fresh foods and spices for sale. Before the afternoon begins, we will transfer to our kayaking destination. The 4hr tour will begin from the secluded Clarke's Court Bay to explore the picturesque peninsulas to the south east of the island.
Discover untouched bays and coves at your leisure. Stop for a swim or snorkel in crystal clear waters. Paddle at your own pace in one of the sleek kayaks or relaxing pedal boats as you observe the natural beauty and wildlife surrounding the reefs and mangroves. Drinks and light sandwiches are included.
Overnight Beach Resort
After our last breakfast and we have packed/checked out, you will have the remainder of the day to do what you’d like. You can also just relax at the resort or go swimming at the beach. We will transfer to the airport at 2:30pm. Our non-stop flight leaves at 5:25, arriving in NYC at 9:20pm.

If you cancel more than 60 days before the date of travel, you would receive a refund minus $200
If you cancel less than 60 days before the date of travel, you would receive 75% refund
If you cancel less than 45 days before the date of travel, you would receive 50% refund
If you cancel less than 30 days before the date of travel, you would receive 25% refund
If you cancel less than 15 days before the date of travel, there won't be a refund possible unless we find replacement for you !
